Shipping policy
If your package is lost in transit please email us at taylorhoward.024@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. If the package is still not found when their investigation is complete, we will reship your items (if still in stock) or refund your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
Please keep in mind that we're not liable for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, unfortunately, we're unable to issue a refund. Should your products be marked as delivered, you'll need to reach out to the carrier regarding your package.
Additionally, any delays caused by mail carriers are beyond our control. Consequently, we won't refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS doesn't meet their guaranteed shipping times. If your items aren't delivered on time, please get in touch with them directly.
